At 5th Avenue Jewelers, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Prior to shipment, all items are packaged in 5th Avenue Jewelers signature gift packaging. As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as two to three business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, please see our return policy.

Shipping

We deliver to street addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for APO/FPO and P.O. Box destinations. FedEx and UPS are also available as delivery options.

Security/Insurance Protection

All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Unworn items may be exchanged within 15 business days. No returns. Special order items or sized rings may not be returned. Please see store for details.

Please make note of why the item is being exchanged.
The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with original receipt.
Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend that every exchange should be insured for it's original purchase price.
