Exchanges

Unworn items may be eligible for exchange within 3 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or reviewed for store credit at the discretion of 5th Avenue Jewelers.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:

Custom designs
Special orders
Sized or altered jewelry
Engraved items
Damaged or worn items
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Custom & Special Orders

Custom and special order pieces are created specifically for you. Once work has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Condition of Jewelry

All jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition to be considered for exchange. 5th Avenue Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper care.
